'Speak Up' - Raise your Concern

Thank you for reaching out to the Ethics Line for Methodist Healthcare. At Methodist Healthcare, the Ethics Line is an integral part of our Ethics and Compliance Program. It is available to colleagues, patients and other stakeholders to report ethics or compliance concerns in good faith, including possible misconduct under the Code of Conduct and related company policies. You may access the Ethics Line 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-per-year via this website or by calling 1-800-351-2764.

Reporting a Concern

You may choose to report an ethics or compliance concern anonymously. In order to assist in an investigation, we encourage individuals reporting a concern to identify themselves. However, anonymous reports will be accepted and investigated to the extent practical. Although the Ethics Line strives to maintain confidentiality of an individual’s identity, there may be instances in which an individual’s identity may become known or may have to be revealed.

This website should not be used to report an emergency medical condition or an imminent threat to life or property. Concerns reported through this website may not be reviewed immediately and will not receive an immediate response. If your concern involves an emergency medical condition, contact 911 immediately. If your concern involves an immediate threat to life or property, contact the appropriate local law enforcement authorities.
